ITEM DESCRIPTION
Featured is a genuine Honduras Opal. Opal can be found in many places around the world. Honduran opals are easily distinguished from other opals because of their distinct coloring. These opals can vary between a milky-white opal to a matrix-based one. These opals are primarily formed by volcanic eruptions that occur in South America. The Opal, from this Gracious O Dios Mine, have proven to be some of the more attractive yet lesser known opal.

This particular piece features very attractive little patches of multicolor Opal on matrix which shows flashes of red, gold, orange, blue and green. This specimen comes with the 1.5" clear acrylic gem stand as shown.
