Item Description
Featured are genuine Kunzite gemstone. Kunzite is the best-known variety of the mineral spodumene. It’s named after famed gemologist George Frederick Kunz, who was the first to identify it as a unique variety of spodumene. Kunzite gets its delicate color from trace amounts of manganese. Kunzite can be found in many places on earth, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, Brazil, Madagascar, Mozambique, and even in the U.S. (California, and Maine). While primarily found as a clear crystal gem, it can be found in a wide variety of shades of pink. This particular gem has a light "baby-pink" color.

Pictured is the actual gemstone being offered. This specimen comes with the 1.5" clear acrylic gem stand as shown.
