Featured are genuine iolite. Iolite is cordierite mineral. It can be found in just a few places on earth like Brazil, Burma and India. With its various shades of blue, some have often referred to this gemstone as the "water sapphire," even though its not. The color can range from light blue to dark/purple/blue. These particular gemstones are mixed light and dark and are transparent. Each sample gem parcel will be randomly selected and may contain different shapes and sizes.
