ITEM DESCRIPTION
Featured are genuine rough Montana sapphires. Sapphires can be found in a variety of places on the earth, but these rough specimen sapphires are only found in Montana. These sapphires are natural river mined rough specimens, and have been left as found, completely unheated, which gives them their distinct pastel colors. Each sapphire can measure between 3mm-5.5mm and weigh between 0.25 and 1.40+ carat in size plus. The photos are of the actual gem material which were naturally tumbled by the river into ball shape, half dome and polished hexagonal shapes and come in a wide hue of pastel colors that can include blue, green, orange, white, yellow, and sometimes other colors. These sapphires are unheated and purchase from the estate of the famous Montana Sapphire gem hunter, Robert "Bob" Evans. The sapphires have all been divided into random mixed color 30 gem lots, each in a gem container that is labeled on the reverse.

Pictured is a sample, taken from the much larger parcel of the type of gemstones being offered. The price listed is for (1) 30 Pcs. gemstone random assorted lot.
